From Concept to Company

In early 2022, months before ChatGPT reshaped the world, Walter Von Roestel began exploring how technology could elevate the marketing function. Inspired by ChatGPT’s potential, he saw an opportunity to leverage technology in a more fundamental and transformative way.

Although he shared the concept with several marketers, he struggled to find someone who shared his passion and vision. That changed in mid-2023 when he met and worked with Tania Graves in Bogota, Colombia, who was serving a three-month contract as CMO in his marketing department.

After her contract ended, Walter approached her with the idea. Tania immediately recognized its potential and became the champion he needed to elevate and advance the concept. Both believed generative AI would redefine the future of Marketing. With the unwavering support and talent of their External Advisor and Technology Team, they transformed a complex concept into a game-changing company.

Tania Graves

Tania is the catalyst for FastStrat and serves as the company’s Chief Operating and Business Development Officer. She is a visionary marketing executive with over three decades of expertise in driving comprehensive marketing strategies for industry titans such as Cigna and ConAgra Foods. Tania is zealous about leveraging her extensive experience to spearhead the company’s AI architecture development, marketing strategies, and business development initiatives.  

Walter Von Roestel

Walter is the driving force behind FastStat and serves as Chief Executive Officer. His extensive experience leading successful B2B and D2C omni-channel marketing communications and public relations strategies for top-tier firms is crucial to FastStrat’s market entry. Walter’s relentless commitment to enhancing the company’s trajectory is a testament to his leadership and his passion for its success. 

David Florian

FastStrat’s technology advisor, David was recently featured in Forbes as a co-founder of Celes, a technology-driven startup dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations and cut expenses. David brings a wealth of experience leveraging technology to solve real-world challenges. He is obsessed with bringing FastStrat’s AI Agents to life to make data-driven decisions that get smarter every day.   

Hernan Zuluaga

Hernán is FastStrat’s Senior AI Specialist. Hernan plays a key role in helping to build and scale the intelligent systems that power our platform. A former college professor, Hernán brings his love for teaching into the heart of FastStrat—not only training our AI agents but also mentoring the team. As a professor, he has a deep thirst for knowledge and continuously explores the latest and greatest developments in AI to help FastStrat stay head of the curve. 

Leonardo Porras

Leonardo is FastStrat’s Backend and Chatbot Specialist, leading the charge in building human-like AI agents that truly connect with users. A Systems Engineer from the University of Cundinamarca, he brings sharp technical skill and deep experience in agile methodologies like Scrum and DevOps. Leonardo is an expert in Microsoft Azure and a master of crafting intelligent, responsive chatbots powered by advanced AI technologies. With full-stack development expertise and a strategic mindset for organizational growth, he’s the engine behind the seamless, smart conversations that define the FastStrat experience.

Brayan Porras

Brayan is FastStrat’s Frontend Specialist, dedicated to delivering a user experience as powerful as the results our platform delivers. A Systems Engineer from the University of Cundinamarca, Brayan combines deep technical knowledge with a sharp eye for design. With expertise in cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud, and mastery of languages like Python, C++, Java, and JavaScript, he builds high-performance interfaces that feel intuitive and effortless. From React to Angular to Svelte, he ensures every click, scroll, and interaction keeps users engaged and in control—because great strategy deserves a great experience.
