  1. Privacy at Rest: We protect your stored data with AES-256 encryption, ensuring that your information is safely secured when it is not in use. 
  2. Privacy in Transit: We also protect your data while it’s being transferred between your device and our systems using Transport Layer Security (TLS). This protocol encrypts and authenticates communications, preventing unauthorized access during transmission.

Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled. However, the pricing of the plan portion must be paid in full, as well as the months used in the subscription. Please contact customer support info@faststrat.ai for assistance. 

Yes. Just remember once your company information is deleted, we cannot retrieve it for the future. If you choose to use FastStrat again, you will have to start from the beginning. Only your email, username and password will be saved, unless specifically requested.

Yes. We have demos to help you understand how to use the platform that you can find in our resource section.  Also, we will have webinars and a dedicated YouTube Channel for FastStrat champions where you can learn tips and tricks to get the most out of your AI Team. We also plan to create a community where you and other FastStrat champions can connect and learn from each other. You can always reach us by phone or email.

Yes. You can upgrade. Pricing will depend on when you upgrade. See the link.

Not yet, but we plan to have options available for larger businesses soon. Currently, we are focused on helping our small and medium-sized clients. Our goal is to continuously enhance their AI Teams to provide the best possible service and value. A lot of features we will be rolling out in the coming months.
