Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FastStrat (“FastStrat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our website and products, including BrandOS, StratMate, Growth Engine, and the SEO/GEO Engine (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains the choices you have regarding your information.

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at privacy@faststrat.ai.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us (such as your name, email address, company details, and the answers you give during product onboarding), information generated as you use the Services, and information we receive from third-party platforms you choose to connect, including Google. We also collect standard technical and usage data (such as device, browser, and log information) to operate and secure the Services.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to generate the strategic plans, insights, and recommendations that are core to FastStrat; to communicate with you; to provide support; to ensure security; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How FastStrat Accesses and Uses Google User Data

FastStrat integrates with Google services so that our Growth Engine product can read and analyze your advertising and analytics performance. This section describes how FastStrat accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains, and deletes Google user data. FastStrat’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data We Access

When you connect a Google account to FastStrat, we request only the minimum scopes needed to deliver the features you enable. Through Google APIs we access:

  • Google Ads data — campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, and conversion performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and related reporting fields) for the advertising accounts you authorize.
  • Google Analytics data — aggregated traffic, audience, acquisition, and conversion reporting for the properties you authorize.
  • Basic Google account profile information — your name, email address, and account identifier, used solely to authenticate you and associate the connection with your FastStrat account.

We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Calendar, or Contacts.

How We Use the Data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you have requested, specifically to:

  • Display your advertising and analytics performance in your FastStrat Growth Engine dashboard.
  • Generate AI-driven insights, recommendations, and reports about your marketing performance.
  • Connect this performance data to your BrandOS strategic plan so recommendations stay aligned with your strategy.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized or independent AI/ML models. Any AI processing is performed solely to deliver features within your FastStrat account.

How We Share the Data

We do not sell Google user data and we do not share it with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the Services:

  • Service sub-processors — vetted infrastructure and processing providers (for example, our cloud hosting and database providers) that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • With your direction — when you explicitly ask us to share or export your data.

We never transfer Google user data to data brokers, information resellers, or for any purpose unrelated to the features you use.

How We Store and Protect the Data

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
  • OAuth tokens stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage; we never store your Google account password.
  • Monitoring, logging, and regular review of our security practices.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. You can revoke FastStrat’s access at any time by:

To request deletion of Google user data we hold, contact us at privacy@faststrat.ai. Upon a verified request, or when you disconnect the integration, we delete the associated Google user data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@faststrat.ai.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continually improve our security practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
