This Software-as-a-Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between MSTG FastStrat, LLC (“FastStrat”), a Florida Limited Liability Company headquartered at 4418 NW 54th Terrace, Ocala, Florida 34482, and the customer identified in the applicable Order Form.
The Agreement is binding upon clicking “I Agree to Subscription Agreement,” executing an Order Form, or otherwise accessing the Services. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

What the Agreement covers

- Grant of Access — The license granted to the Customer to access the Services.
- Fees and Payment — Subscription fees, billing cycles, and taxes.
- Customer Responsibilities — Account management, authorized users, and credential security.
- Data and Privacy — Treatment of Customer Property and data handling.
- Intellectual Property — Ownership of the Services and of Customer Property.
- Term and Termination — Agreement duration, renewal, and termination rights.
- Warranties and Disclaimers — Including disclaimers about AI-generated outputs.
- Indemnification and Limitation of Liability.
- Governing Law — Florida, United States.
Before you accept
We recommend that Customers (and their legal counsel, where applicable) read the full PDF before accepting. The Agreement contains provisions that assign responsibility for verifying AI-generated content to the Customer, and that limit FastStrat’s liability as described therein.
Changes to this Agreement
FastStrat may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicadas in advance by email to the Customer’s registered address and, where applicable, via an updated version of this page and del PDF.
